Our Classes

Foundation class

Foundation/introclass is a simple reformer class focused on precise technique, body control, and stability. We go trough the reformer-maschine and correct setup; if all participants are experienced, we go straight into the workout. You’ll hopefully sweat a little and leave feeling familiar with the reformer, longer, more open, and with a well-worked body.

We recommend at least 2–3 intro sessions before joining our other classes.

Signature flow

This energetic reformer class combines continuous, flowing sequences with strength-focused exercises. You will move smoothly from one exercise to the next, build stamina and power, sweat, and leave feeling energized, open, and accomplished.

Sculpt class

This is our most strength-focused class, with higher resistance, longer sets, and balance challenges. You should expect targeted, demanding exercises that test muscular endurance and control, with shaky muscles and clear strength gains by the end.

Restore class

This gentle class concentrates on mobility, release, and recovery. The pace is slow and mindful, with light strength work and stretches designed to open the body, reduce tension, and help you feel refreshed and restored.

Classical flow

A simple class focused on Joseph Pilates’ original exercises at a thorough pace. We avoid extra props and advanced variations; the session emphasizes precise technique,  and controlled strength. Expect traditional sequences that build core stability, improve alignment, and promote controlled movement.

Book class
