SOMA INSTRUCTOR ACADEMY
SOMA is now opening applications for its first Instructor Trainee Program.
The program is designed to educate and hire the first SOMA instructors -
people who already know the studio, the atmosphere, and the way we move.
SOMA Academy is an internal trainee program with the intention of employment at SOMA.
SOMA Academy is an intensive, practice-based training where you will be introduced to:
- The fundamental principles of the reformer
- Safety and class structure
- Teaching understanding, cueing, and flow
- How a SOMA class feels and is built
The aim is to give you the confidence and understanding needed to teach classes at SOMA.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be offered a position as an instructor at SOMA.
